3 wooden bins with graphics

Here's some wooden bins that I painted and put letter and numbers on. I have 3 of them and they look better all stacked together. I am in my gray period now but have some cool colors coming up. I keep forgetting to take "before" pictures.

cruisin' 7th ave & camelback & glendale

Wow - what a day, I started out here in Casa Grande and made my way up 7th Avenue shop by shop -sale by sale(yard, garage,moving,etc...). I hit all the shops Melrose Vintage, Home Again, Rust & Roses (got a cool metal work piece), Cucumberz (got some big letters to hang on my wall & best of all, a plastic cow - cool), etc.... then had a great burger with sunshine sauce, fries & coke at @ 2 Hippies Magic Mushroom, yum, then on to Sweet Salvage! Deck the Halls was great!
Then I went on the The Cottage Garden in Glendale to see my friend Carol! Love that place always feel so welcome! Talked about doing a show with my re purposed stuff , so happy. I complimented her on her great hair and she directed me to Denise at Delfina Salon & Day Spa! She could see that I needed a haircut and graciously fit me in - and yes, now I feel fabulous! Can't stop running my fingers through my hair! What a great lady, she takes the time to ask what you want & need , how your hair grows and how much time you want to spend on it.
Shelley's Specialty Desserts is just great - fabulous selection of goodies. I got pumpkin cookies, cherry pie, chocolate pie, mini vanilla cupcakes, sugar cookies with red sprinkles and best of all, she gave me the cut off part of the top of a wedding cake with a smear (yes, I said a smear, that's a big spatula full) of butter cream frosting!I could eat a bowl of the frosting!
I will post some pics tomorrow tonight I am eating wedding cake and drinking some wine!

Sweet Salvage!!

Getting ready to go to Sweet Salvage!! So excited can't wait to see all the wonders!

Chicken Crate Table!

This is a table I made out of a chicken crate. I power washed it and sealed it with clear polyurethane, then I added wheels. The wheels were a bright silver so I hit them with some dark bronze spray paint. The top opens up so you can put anything in it.
I took it down to the shop I sell some of my junque at here in Casa Grande. It's called "In a Pear Tree", it is a great venue for local artists. The girls that run the shop, Kirsten and Tish are fabulous and so great for my ego. So Saturday I took this table down there to see if anyone else would like it and to my surprise I had ladies fighting over it. Long story short - it sold within 10 minutes!! Now I am so excited, I have 11 projects in the works!
